Our Import Process
Source Your Vehicle
We source from trusted auction houses in Japan (USS, TAA, JAA), UAE (Dubai), UK, and other markets. Share your requirements and budget — we handle the rest.
Purchase & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Once your vehicle is identified and purchased, we arrange a pre-shipment inspection to confirm condition and compliance.
Freight Booking & Shipping
We book RoRo or container shipping, prepare all export documentation, and provide you with a Bill of Lading and estimated arrival date.
Mombasa Port Handling & Transit
We coordinate port clearance, handling, and secure transit transport of your vehicle from Mombasa Port through Kenya to the Uganda border.
Uganda Customs Clearance
Our licensed clearing agents process your vehicle through URA — computing duties, managing documentation, and coordinating release.
Delivery
The vehicle is delivered in Kampala or any other preferred location across Uganda. A final handover is completed with all necessary delivery documentation.
